Privacy
We respect your privacy. The information you provide us will be kept confidential. We prefer you to use PayPal, this way your financial information is never revealed.
Security
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption is used in the transaction so the information between your browser and eCrater.com's secure servers is protected.
Communication/Email
Your email address will not be sold or distributed to anyone else.
Payment
We currently accept payments by PayPal and major credit cards.
Shipping Gifts/Gift Baskets
All orders are shipped via ground service through USPS. There is no shipping on holidays and weekends. Shipping takes 3-10 business days and delivery dates are not guaranteed. You will be notified of your Tracking number via email. Signatures are required by our courier(s).
Cancelling Policy
Orders may be canceled after shipment, however you will be charged all shipping charges to and from the destination and a 25% restocking fee plus any other fees incurred during the process to intercept or re-route the gift.
Return Policy
Customer service is very important to us and we strike to ensure that the Gift Basket arrives at the specified destination in good condition. If we make an error or a gift is damaged in transit, then we will either re-ship or issue a refund. In order for a refund to be issued, we must retrieve the damaged item or to re-ship.
All damage claims must be filed in writing via email within 3 business days of the gift being received. Additional, claims filed with UPS generally take anywhere from 3 -7 day to process. There is no claim process with USPS.
Refunds will not be given if an incorrect delivery address is provided. This includes but it is not limited to mismatches between street addresses and apartment number, city-state-zip codes.
We reserve the right to make substitutions, however substitutions are equal value. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as packaging colors and shapes change quite frequently.
Substitutions of an item or variance in color, packaging,e tc does not justify returns at our expense or the issuance of any discount or credit. If for any reason a customers wants to return a gift (for any reason other then errors or damages) they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notification.
